About Diana
Hello! I’m Diana — founder of Path to Truth and a passionate guide in meditation, crystal healing, and emotional wellbeing.
This company was born from my own journey through trauma, healing, and deep personal transformation. During some of my darkest times, meditation and crystals quite literalsaved my life — offering me calm, clarity, and a way back to myself.
Now, I’m here to share those tools with others. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or curious about using crystals for balance and healing, I’m here to support you with warmth, humour, and heart.
I’m also a mum to two incredible children who walk this path of growth and joy right beside me. Our life is filled with laughter, music, dancing, celebration, and deep presence — and that energy flows into everything I offer through Path to Truth.
This isn’t just about healing — it’s about coming alive. And I’m so happy you’re here.

My Story – My Why

I used to believe I couldn’t meditate. I was always intrigued by it, read about it, had people tell me how simple it was — “Just five minutes a day!” But every time I tried, I gave up. It didn’t come naturally. And with so many types — mindfulness, mantra, movement, visualisation, transcendental, loving-kindness — I couldn’t find the one that resonated.
Eventually, I realised why it’s called a meditation practice. Like learning to ride a bike or walk, it takes time, consistency, and self-compassion. You wobble. You fall. But the more you return to it, the more it becomes second nature. And the more peace, joy, and self-pride it brings.
My journey took a sharp turn when I met my long-awaited soulmate. We married, and within 18 months, we had two beautiful daughters — a dream I had longed for, now real. But just weeks after our second daughter was born, he told me — out of the blue — that he didn’t love me anymore.
His words shattered my world. I was in shock, barely functioning. I stopped eating. I couldn’t sleep. My heart was broken, and I was drowning in anxiety. My only focus was keeping my girls safe, fed, and loved. They were my reason to keep going.
Meditation is what saved my life. I couldn’t quiet my own mind, so I started listening to others’ voices — downloaded meditations, sleep tracks, anything that could soothe the storm in my head. I didn’t know it then, but I was laying the groundwork for my healing.
Those years were pure survival mode. I had therapy, did family constellations, tried yoga nidra and chakra cleansing. Slowly, I started rebuilding. I created a daily rhythm with my girls that included outdoor adventures and moments of peace — even if that peace was just five minutes while they napped in the car.
When COVID hit, everything changed again. Our routine was gone. I had to let go — again. But I turned the volume up on my meditations and discovered that the calm I craved lived inside me. I just had to keep finding it.
I joined William Whitecloud’s 6-week intuition course — twice. It helped me reconnect with my inner guidance and remember what I’d always believed: everything happens for a reason, even if it doesn’t feel fair at the time.
During lockdown, I was furloughed from my cabin crew role after 13 years. I closed my baby photography business. I had a choice — collapse, or transform. I chose to transform.
I took meditation seriously. I completed an accredited meditation teacher training, began studying EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and TFT (Thought Field Therapy), and committed to teaching these tools to my daughters — they are part of our daily lives now.
I also dove into crystal healing and began building my spiritual shop — both online and in my home. I’m now here to share everything I’ve learned with others who feel stuck, broken, anxious, or lost.
You are not broken. You are becoming.

As part of this path, I’ve also completed a certified Life Coaching course, adding powerful tools to help others move from fear to freedom. This has led me to create a truly personal coaching programme for those who suffer with a fear of flying — something I deeply understand from my 13 years as a cabin crew manager and my own healing journey.
Combining meditation, EFT tapping, and intuitive coaching, I now support people to gently release the anxiety, trauma, and limiting beliefs that hold them back — whether it’s fear of flying, fear of change, or fear of stepping into their fullest life.
It’s time to stop just surviving.
